You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if:
✅ You have not downloaded or accessed a significant portion of the digital product (ebooks, training plans, meal plans).
✅ You have followed the provided training or nutrition plan but are unsatisfied with the results, and can provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
✅ For 1-on-1 coaching, if you have not used more than one coaching session.
🚫 Refunds will not be granted if a significant portion of the program has been accessed, used, or completed.
🚫 Refunds do not apply to customized coaching services after the second session has taken place.
🚫 Any refund request after 14 days from purchase will not be considered.
